JLC Marketing Hub uses your full name, email, subject and message to respond to your inquiry. The contact form is hosted by Systeme.io, and inquiry notifications are delivered to our Hostinger mailbox at admin@jlcmarketinghub.com.
Access to JLC Marketing Hub’s accounts and inquiry emails is restricted to the owner. Systeme.io, Hostinger and Google process data as needed to operate their services. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the hosted form from spam.
We delete inquiry emails under our control 12 months after the last conversation. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules; this rule does not promise immediate deletion from provider backups.
To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, email admin@jlcmarketinghub.com. Please do not include sensitive information in inquiries.
The booking calendar embedded on the homepage is supplied by Systeme.io. Loading it connects to that provider. Booking details are used to schedule the appointment, create a Google Calendar entry and arrange your chosen Zoom or Google Meet call, including confirmations and reminders. The 12-month email rule above does not automatically delete booking records in these services; contact us to request deletion.
The portfolio itself does not collect inquiry entries or run analytics. Its embedded calendar and linked contact form are third-party services. See the Systeme.io privacy policy, Hostinger privacy policy, and Google privacy policy for their practices.
